น้ำมันพืชที่ใช้ประกอบอาหารแล้ว ไม่ควรนำกลับมาใช้ซ้ำเนื่องจากมีสารก่อมะเร็งและเป็นพิษต่อสุขภาพ นอกจากนี้ หากเท-ทิ้งน้ำมันเหล่านั้นไม่ถูกที่ถูกทางก็จะส่งผลกระทบด้านสาธารณสุขและสิ่งแวดล้อมอีกด้วย เช่น สภาวะโลกร้อน และปัญหาน้ำท่วมขังอันเนื่องมาจากท่อระบายน้ำอุดตัน ในทางตรงกันข้าม หากมีการจัดการที่ดี น้ำมันพืชใช้แล้วก็จะกลายเป็น “ทรัพยากรที่มีมูลค่า” ที่สามารถกลับมาเป็นประโยชน์ให้ชุมชนได้อีกครั้ง อย่างที่ในปัจจุบัน น้ำมันพืชใช้แล้วจำนวนหนึ่งจากภาคอุตสาหกรรมอาหาร ถูกแปลงให้เป็นไบโอดีเซล –… สถานการณ์โควิด-19 ที่ผ่านมา ส่งผลให้พฤติกรรมของผู้คนเปลี่ยนแปลงไป ซึ่งในปัจจุบันมีการใส่ใจเรื่องสุขภาพมาเป็นอันดับแรก โดยมีการเลือกซื้อสินค้าและบริการเกี่ยวกับการดูแลสุขภาพเพิ่มมากขึ้น โดยเฉพาะเรื่องฝุ่น PM 2.5 ที่ทวีความรุนแรงภายในบ้านพักอาศัย รวมถึงเชื้อโรค แบคทีเรียที่ปนมากับอากาศ ซึ่งเป็นสิ่งที่ใกล้ตัวมากที่สุด ทำให้ผู้บริโภคเริ่มมองหาตัวช่วยเพื่อสุขภาพที่ดีมากยิ่งขึ้น ซึ่งหลายคนอาจคิดว่าเมื่อมีฝุ่นก็ต้องมองหาเครื่องฟอกอากาศมาช่วยกำจัดมลพิษทำให้อากาศโดยรอบสะอาดมากขึ้น แต่ในปัจจุบันเครื่องฟอกอากาศอาจจะไม่เพียงพอที่จะตอบโจทย์การป้องกันฝุ่น มลพิษ… เป็นที่รู้จักกันว่าเป็นชุดเครื่องมือ วิธีการ และเทคนิคที่ออกแบบด้วยพื้นฐานทางวิศวกรรมและความรู้ทางวิทยาศาสตร์ เพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการส่วนบุคคลหรือส่วนรวม เทคโนโลยีมักถูกปรับให้เข้ากับยุคสมัยที่มันกำลังเปลี่ยนผ่านและปรับตัวให้เข้ากับความต้องการของความเป็นจริง มันพัฒนาและปรับปรุงด้านต่างๆ ที่นำเข้าสู่สังคมได้ง่าย ๆ อย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยมุ่งเป้าไปที่ความสะดวกสบายของผู้คนและคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์เสมอ . แนวปะการังที่สวยงามในท้องทะเลไทยค่อยๆ หดหายลงไปเรื่อยๆ ด้วยสภาวะโลกร้อนที่ทำให้เกิดปรากฏการณ์ปะการังฟอกขาวและจากกิจกรรมของมนุษย์โดยเฉพาะการท่องเที่ยวที่ปราศจากการควบคุมและจิตสำนึกในการอนุรักษ์ธรรมชาติ จนวันนี้ แนวปะการังที่สวยงามและสมบูรณ์เหลืออยู่เพียง 1 ใน 3 เท่านั้น!
